"Born with an innate creativity, I have been exploring the world through the lens of art from a very young age"

Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a strong drive to express myself through visual and digital forms — from drawing and painting to exploring photography, film, UX/UI design, motion design, graphic design, creative marketing, social media management, and project planning & realization — all combined with a strong foundation in business and strategic thinking.

Currently, I’m studying Mediadesign and Management at the Fresenius University, where I continue to grow, explore new ideas, and refine my skills as a designer.

Creative Strategy Meets Corporate Experience

At Fresenius Kabi, I support the Marketing & Communications department within a global corporate environment. My role spans from creating visual assets—such as graphics, banners, and video editing—to contributing to the planning and execution of major events and congresses. This has strengthened my skills in project management and deepened my understanding of business operations.

Through my Mediadesign & Management studies, I continuously expand my knowledge of design methods while gaining hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud—bridging the gap between creative thinking and strategic execution.

  • It’s a powerful way to bring abstract ideas into visual form

  • I genuinely enjoy developing brand identities from scratch

  • Whether it’s product labels, logos, business cards, posters, or social media posts

  • Creativity is key – standing out means thinking beyond the obvious

  • I’m fascinated by how design influences perception

  • There’s always a psychological layer behind good design that often goes unnoticed at first glance

  • Filming is one of my favorites

  • Whether it’s recording myself while drawing or creating short TikToks

  • I also love capturing fun, personal moments with friends

  • Currently learning and producing more professional formats in my university modules: Nonfiction and Commercials / Video & Film

  • Passionate about concept development – it’s where imagination meets storytelling

  • I enjoy the entire process: from first idea to final cut

  • Still exploring photography, but deeply fascinated by it

  • Love capturing spontaneous, unplanned moments

  • Often see unexpected beauty in everyday scenes

  • Drawn to random details that suddenly feel aesthetic

  • The camera helps me see the world through a more focused, emotional lens

  • During my studies, I illustrated two children’s books

  • One was a group project with two fellow students

  • The other I created entirely on my own — from writing the story to illustrating every page, submitted as part of an exam

  • This project significantly improved my skills in digital illustration

  • One of the most exciting parts was developing the story and transforming it into a short book format

  • As a group, we later turned our book into an interactive wireframe, exploring new ways of presenting stories digitally

GeNural – Skincare Without Limits
Semester Project | Visual Communication

As part of my Visual Communication module, I developed GeNural, a gender-neutral skincare brand that challenges traditional beauty industry norms. The project was a comprehensive semester assignment where I created the entire brand identity from scratch – including the logo, product design, ingredient selection, packaging labels, target group analysis, and a marketing campaign.

GeNural stands for inclusivity and clarity. In a market often divided by gender, I wanted to create a brand that focuses purely on the individual needs of the skin – not outdated stereotypes. The visual identity is clean, modern, and free from gender-coded colors and imagery, making it accessible and appealing to everyone.

This project was not only a design challenge but also a strategic one, requiring me to balance aesthetic creativity with conceptual depth, psychological understanding, and marketing awareness – a process that significantly deepened my skills in brand design and visual storytelling.

This was part of an exam project in my Mediadesign degree program, where we were given a spontaneous task: to design a poster using only one accent color and typography—nothing else. We had to come up with our own theme and visual attributes, and we had just three hours to complete it. The biggest challenge was being creative under time pressure and delivering strong results, knowing that 40% of the final grade depended on it.

The Zukunftswerk in Wiesbaden is a temporary innovation lab located in the Luisenforum, serving as a creative space for collaboration among the administration, civil society, science, and business. It offers the citizens of Wiesbaden the opportunity to actively participate in the development of smart technologies and innovative services through lectures, workshops, and interactive stations.

As a design student at Hochschule Fresenius, I had the opportunity to be part of this inspiring collaboration. I contributed by developing creative design concepts tailored to the needs and perspectives of Wiesbaden’s residents, helping to shape innovative and engaging formats for the Zukunftswerk.

About the Story

This short story is written in German and is aimed at pre-teens and young teenagers between the ages of 11 and 13 — a crucial phase in their identity development. At this age, many begin to seek acceptance, define their self-perception, and place high value on group belonging.

As they start engaging more with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, they are increasingly exposed to idealized and staged portrayals of reality. This constant exposure can distort their own self-image and set unrealistic expectations.

The story explores how social media can subtly influence and even harm the way young people perceive themselves. It encourages critical reflection and reminds readers that true beauty and self-worth go far beyond superficial standards.

About the Story

As part of the module Project Management and Presentation Techniques, we developed a heartwarming children’s book as a team project, timed perfectly with the holiday season. The story centers around a group of cheerful elves who work together to prepare for Christmas – each bringing their own unique strengths and talents to the table.

The book is designed not only to entertain but also to deliver a subtle educational message: the importance of teamwork, helping one another, and recognizing individual abilities. Through colorful illustrations and simple, engaging language, the story encourages young readers to embrace kindness, collaboration, and confidence in their own skills.

This project combined creative storytelling with structured project planning – from concept development and character design to layout and final presentation – making it a successful and joyful learning experience in both design and teamwork.

  • The Zukunftswerk project and the Christmas-themed children’s book were created in collaboration with Colleen Bohlmann (Mediadesign).
